Bhandaras (voluntary free kitchen) are functioning in the shrine complex. The Board does not run any Bhandara on its own. However Bhandaras are being run in the temple complex by devotees. These Bhandaras provide food to the pilgrims without any charge. During Navratra Melas more Bhandaras are arranged by private parties with the permission of the Board. Here we are also aware the people with the different different names of Durga Mata.



Mata Belha Devi Temple at Pratapgarh is a symbol of Hindu culture and faith. The shrine located on the bank of Sai river is an epitome of age old tradition of ‘Shakti’ worship in northern India. Belha Devi being the abode of Shiva and his consort ’shakti’ became centre of shakti worship.
